21 Natural Health products are based on essential oils. With over twenty-five years of experience in natural medicines and cosmetics, the various products have been developed using traditional recipes and are produced in accordance with modern compliant practices. Our products are manufactured according to GMP and have the needed authority approvals for their use. Strict guidelines on production, testing, documentation and controls, safeguards the usage as well as ensuring quality.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • External communication with wholesalers, health centres, managed care networks, political organisations, etc.
  • Independent territory management, identification of sales potential, building customer relationships, developing solutions to problems and development of customer concepts
  • joy in active selling, persuasiveness, negotiating power and the ability to recognize the benefit of the customer and to argue convincingly
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of measures to achieve the agreed sales targets (e.g. sales promotion campaigns, training of pharmacy staff)
  • Development of common objectives/strategies as well as negotiation/conclusion of contracts with the various accounts
  • Detection/forwarding (internal), use of market changes
  • Independent control and processing of all enquiries from our end consumers and interested parties
  • expansion and assurance of service and customer satisfaction in order to inspire customers for our products in natural cosmetics in the long term.
  • dispatch of articles, samples and information material
  • strong collaboration with the internal web shop team

 

 

Your profile

  • Completed training in the field of pharmaceuticals/ alternative medicine/ cosmetics
  • Several years of experience in sales or trade in the pharmaceutical, pharmacy, natural medicine or cosmetics
  • Experience in the authorisation of medicinal and cosmetic products and in the registration and authorisation of homeopathic/phytopharmaceutical products
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • On-schedule, careful and precise working methods
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results-oriented approach, sales skills, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and good self-management
  • Interest and enthusiasm for natural cosmetics and anthroposophical medicine
  • Very good English skills
  • Being ok with 80% Travel Activity
  • Interest in the values and culture of 21Natural Health AG
